Four Winds' seasoned production team gets a large
and complex job done well on a tight schedule.

Baxter Pharmaceuticals Marketing had an immediate need to create a Web presence for their surgical sealing products. They needed a vendor to design a coherent, easy-to-use site for busy doctors based on source material in many formats including Quark files, printed brochures, medical journals, text files, slides and videos. The finished site needed to satisfy the requirements for Baxter Marketing as well as Medical and Legal review.

In order to meet the tight deadline, Four Winds used OCR scanning technology to generate HTML documents from the printed materials, generated PDF files organized by country for all Prescribing Information documents, and designed, coded, and proofed the entire site (over 800 pages). The site was completed in time for the target date of a medical conference where it got high marks from a test audience of surgeons.
